An Obsession With Cairns Art Journal Pages

The Hoarder's Art Room has been offline for a few weeks whilst I roamed around the Western Australian bush. Whilst in Karijini National Park I become just a little obsessed with the sculptural cairns that people had made along the walk trails. I only had very limited art supplies with me to make these art journal pages. I think this might turn into a series of work. Watch this space!

Inspired By Fathers Gelli® Challenge

This month's Gelli Arts® challenge is "Inspired by Fathers". I've made this 3D, pop-up piece called "Old Father Time". I've used Gelli® mono-prints with stamps, stencils, dye. Posca Pens and faux gold leaf. I used Khadi papers which can really stand up well to all the different media without disintegrating.
