I thought it was about time I learnt how to properly make a quilt so I made this little one and used it as a book cover for some of my other fabric experiments.
I took a free quilting class from Craftsy.
I also learnt how to finish the edges with this You Tube video:
I used the free machine function and darning foot on my machine to try out lots on patterns on the quilt top.
Inside I put lots of old experimental pieces.
