Today I've been experimenting with rolled beads. I'm trying out changing the scale to make really large ones and trying to make them look like figures. I've tried out both fabric and paper. The ones in the picture above are mostly free standing whilst those below are mounted on poles.
This one was made by wrapping a dowel in felt and organza and blasting it with a heat gun.
I'm not sure yet where these experiments are going. Come back soon to find out.
